Who we are
Hi, I’m Jenny. My husband Nick and I would love to look after your pup!
We are two Kiwis, pretty chill people, enjoy kicking around at home, walking in Glebe or Callan Park and enjoying Sydney’s great restaurants. It’s just the two of us at home and it’s a relaxed and calm environment here.
We both work full time, however I work from home 90% of the time and Nick’s office is dog friendly, so your pup will never be alone during the day.
We’ve been pet sitting since around September 2022, and we love it.

Our home
We live in Leichhardt, in Sydney’s Inner West. We’re close to the Bay Run, Hawthorne Canal, Callan Park and plenty of other dog-friendly inner west spots.
We have a big garden for running and snuffs, and a big couch for cuddles and chills. Our garden is fenced and we have a small doggie door, that can be securely bolted shut if needed. We both have cars, safe doggie car seats and seatbelt clips for transport when needed.
Your pup is welcome everywhere in our home (including on the bed, if that’s something they’re allowed to do at home). We usually leave the back doors open during the day so pup can have free rein to go in and out as they please. If we’re going out and can’t take pup with us, we’ll leave them inside. We have a small camera that we set up to keep an eye on things while we’re out.
Leaving pup alone
If we’re heading out, we prefer to take pup with us however if we can’t, we never leave them alone for longer than 6h max (or if your pup can’t tolerate that long, we would happily work with you to ensure pup is only left for time frames they can tolerate).
If your dog can’t be left alone due to separation anxiety or any other reason, we will happily discuss committing to having someone home with them 24/7. Please feel free to chat with us about it.
Our experience
We’ve looked after many different kinds of dogs, and there’s not much that we’re not comfortable with so if your doggo does have any particular needs, please discuss it with us and I’m sure we’ll be able to manage it. We’re happy looking after nervous, anxious or reactive dogs and can administer tablet, cream or liquid medication.
We’re fully insured and in case of an emergency, there are two vets within a 10min drive of our home. We are both very vigilant with our client’s dogs and our top priority is keeping them safe. On walks, we don’t allow our client’s dogs off the lead unless we’re in a fully fenced area (there are a few good ones around Leichhardt so don’t worry, pup will still have an opportunity to run free!).
